Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full service fee will still apply.

A credit card may be required to secure bookings for certain services or group appointments.

Refund & Service Guarantee

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with a service, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to make it right.

Refunds for services are generally not provided, but we may offer a complimentary touch-up or alternative solution at our discretion.

Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
